
Samsung has launched their first ever budget 5G smartphone in India which is the Galaxy F06, it is the most affordable 5G smartphone in India. Samsung says that the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset.
The device supports 12 5G brands and supports Carrier Aggregation, a feature which is usually found in mid-range devices. In the market there are other budget friendly 5G smartphones in India that works only with certain network providers, but Samsung’s newest 5G smartphone works across all major telecom operators in India.

The phone comes with a large 6.7-inch HD+ LCD screen, with the High Brightness Mode (HBM) that offers 800 nits of brightness.
The back camera features a 50MP primary camera along with a 2MP depth shooter, while on the other hand the front camera features a 8MP selfie camera in the tear drop notch.
Talking about the battery of the phone, the phone is powered with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging. The company says that the Galaxy F06 is the fast charging phone in this price range. The phone runs on One UI 7 which is based on Android 15 and Samsung has promised 4 years of OS updates and security patches.
Following this, the company said that it has added some user-requested features like Voice Focus, which cuts out ambient noise for a clearer calling experience and it also included its hardware-backed security system- Knox Vault.
The base variant of the Samsung Galaxy F06 that comes up with 4GB RAM and 128 GB of storage is listed for Rs 9,499, and the 6GB RAM and 128GB version of the phone is priced at Rs 10,999.
