Epic Games has been giving away at least one game per week for over six years now. Recently Epic Games users have been able to grab games like F1 Manager 2024, as well as the Loba Free Unlock Bundle for Respawn Entertainment’s hero shooter Apex Legends.
The Epic Games Store’s latest free games was launched on February 20 in the form of World War Z: Aftermath and Garden Story. Following this the next store’s next free game, Mages of Mystralia, a colorful action RPG will be available to claim for free on February 27, at 8am PT / 11am ET / 5pm CET. - Mages of Mystralia – Developed by Montreal, this colorful action packed RPG game will be live on offer starting from February 27 to March 6. So don’t just forgot to claim the game for free. The game will be on offer for exactly one week.
More About Mages Of Mystralia
Developed by Montreal, Mages of Mystralia is a action packed colorful RPG with elemental magic and a story penned by Ed Greenwood, the creator of the Dungeons and Dagons Forgotten Realms World. Initially it was released for PC in May 2017 and after that it makes its way to the PS4 and Xbox One in August of the same year. At the time of launching, the game gets a fair rating on OpenCritic, based on an average score of 74 and a 67% reviewer recommendation rate. The game’s player impressions were even better, the game gets a very positive reviews on steam, as well as 4.41- and 4.9-star user ratings on the PlayStation and Xbox Stores, respectively.
This is the second time the Epic Games Store is giving away Mages of Mystralia. The indie title was previous available to claim for free in late December 2021, but that offer was only live for 24 hours.
In August 2024, Boeralys Games announced a Mages of Mystralia sequel called Echoes of Mystralia, but there’s no confirmed news about the release date. The Canadian studio launched its first playtest on February 14, which suggests that the game’s development is still under progress.
